Ask a Question
What is Hoarding?
Keeping crosses into hoarding when rooms stop serving their purpose. A tub used for storage, a stove nobody can reach, a bedroom crossed sideways. Function is what has been lost, and function is what a cleanup restores.
Why hire Las Vegas Hoarding to clean-up your space?
Emotion arrives first and logistics second. Stuck and unsure where to start describes nearly everyone who calls us, so the first conversation stays slow, private and free of pressure.
At Las Vegas Hoarding,
We will:
- Listen
- Answer any questions you have
- Provide a free estimate
We will not:
- Judge
- Advertise our presence with big logos or scary looking equipment
In addition, the team at Las Vegas Hoarding has worked in many homes and with many individuals. Each situation is different and we will tailor our approach to you and your needs–always with the goal of restoring your home to a clean and safe condition.
Is Las Vegas Hoarding a Woman-Owned Business?
Yes! Las Vegas Hoarding is woman-owned! business!
What will happen after I contact Las Vegas Hoarding?
After speaking with one of our customer services specialists, you will speak directly with our field supervisor. In both conversations, we will listen to you and learn about your situation and your needs.
If you are ready, we will schedule a free, no-obligation estimate. Most of the time, we do these estimates in person. Sometimes, we have you send photos if that seems easier or more timely.
Next, a written proposal will be provided, usually within 24-hours. This proposal provides information on the work to be done, our process, and also a price.
If you choose to allow Las Vegas Hoarding to help you, our supervisor will work with you to schedule the work. We will make sure all of the logistics are taken care of (e.g., ordering a dumpster) so we can get off to a smooth, productive start!
Does Las Vegas Hoarding share information about you or notify any other entity regarding a hoarding matter?
No. Restoring your home is the entire business, and nothing about it is reported to any government office, social service or community agency. Where an agency is already involved, we coordinate with them only if you ask.
If you request it, however, Las Vegas Hoarding can work with agencies with whom you are already involved. For example, we have talked with case managers, inspectors, and other service providers. The goal in each case is to understand their concerns so we can better restore your home to a clean and safe condition.
Does Las Vegas Hoarding offer any maintenance or follow-up service after initial hoarding cleanup?
Sometimes, Las Vegas Hoarding may clean select areas of the home during the initial project and return at a later time to complete additional phases. Generally, however, Las Vegas Hoarding provides a one-time service. Because of our connections within the community, we can provide resources to professional organizers, in-home support providers, counselors, and others who can provide follow-up services to help you maintain your clean and safe surroundings!
